"Inlaid Embossing" is simply adhering your layers of paper and/or card stock before you run the whole thing through the Big Shot with an embossing folder.
Here's my glued layers before dry embossing...
...and here it is afterwards!
All those little gluey pieces stay put with a small design embossing folder!
